Challenges

  • Scattered data, many spreadsheets, each advisor worked differently
  • All customer information scattered across 7 systems
  • Lack of replaceability – if an employee left the company, knowledge about the customer they served was not transferred
  • Limited tools for top management to report on work progress
  • Lack of a farming process (focus on existing customers to maintain growth), the emphasis was on acquiring new customers
  • Obtaining information about a specific customer took a very long time due to the dispersion of information across various systems and spreadsheets
  • Field workers did not have easy access to customer information – they had to remember or write down all the information obtained during telephone calls.

  • Implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud with custom solutions:
    • campaign module
    • replacement module (to ensure continuity of customer service in the event of an employee’s absence)
  • Salesforce integration with 7 different systems used by the client
  • Digital consulting – strategy, digital transformation roadmap
  • Salesforce training.
