  • Customer account handling processes with their unification for better visibility of sales status
  • Existing customer handling processes – customer activation and step-by-step process for the salesperson
  • Automated sales tracking process (moving away from spreadsheets)
  • Account scoring process based on the customer’s purchase history – easier selection of the target group
