We operate as a hybrid and remote-friendly company. While we have offices across Europe, many team members work remotely full-time or split their time between home and the office. We focus on outcomes and collaboration, not where you are sitting. As long as you are available for team meetings and client calls, you have flexibility in how and where you work.
Not necessarily. While certifications are valuable, and we support you in earning them, we prioritize practical experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with clients. If you have hands-on experience and a willingness to learn, we would love to talk. For some senior roles, specific certifications may be required.

You will work on end-to-end Salesforce and Workvivo implementations for clients across industries – from Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to advanced automation, custom integrations, and enterprise-wide digital transformations. Projects range from solving specific business challenges to leading complex, multi-cloud implementations. You will collaborate with international teams and gain exposure to the full Salesforce or Workvivo ecosystem.
