Present in 140 countries, AGCO Corporation is the world leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural equipment, with five brands: Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, GSI, and Challenger.
Following the decision to deploy Salesforce internationally, AGCO Europe engaged Hardis Group for a consulting and change management mission. The objectives were to adapt the community-based CRM to the French distribution network and support dealers in adopting the new tool.

  • Providing a high-performance CRM tool to AGCO brand dealerships
  • Adapting the CRM to the needs and specificities of the French distribution network
  • Boosting the dealer network and better controlling profit margins
