JOB NEED

Implement a  modern and collaborative customer relationship  management  platform  to replace the old  tool .

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

  • Maximize sales performance 
  • Structuring and automating  key  business processes
  • Integrating a modernized IT ecosystem 
  • Engage all  employees collaboratively  .

MISSIONS COMPLETED

  • Sales Cloud implementation for account and  contact management, including on mobile devices
  • Business management with Microsoft  SharePoint link  to quotes
  • Implementation of a simplified
  • Monitoring of business activity (appointments, calls, emails) and  connection with Microsoft Outlook
  • Building reports and dashboards in Salesforce  & Direct access to Microsoft Power BI reports   via a  connector
  • Integration with Microsoft Azure SSO to facilitate  user login
  • Development of a qualification sheet, based on  Salesforce data, to facilitate Go/ Nogo decisions . 
  • Complete data migration from the old CRM
  • Training in Nantes for all users, advanced users  (mainly reports) and 2  Salesforce administrators

DEPLOYED SOLUTIONS

  • Extracting targeted business data  in PDF format
 

PROJECT DURATION

  • The first phase of the project (described above) lasted 4 months  (lot 1), from the first workshop  to the Go Live (July 5, 2023 ).
  • Starting in September, we are launching an integration project  with the rest of the IT system (lot 2 ).
  • Lot 3 will be launched at a later date; it will offer more advanced business features  such as integrated quote management.
