  • Digital transformation  of the Group to move  towards a 360-degree customer

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

  • A digital transformation project  to support  the Group ‘s growth ambitions 
  • Centralizing customer  data  : Capitalizing on the  knowledge of 500  field employees to  better manage  customer relationships 
  • Digitalization of  business processes:  Managing  sales cycles and  increasing performance
  • To deliver value and  build a suitable platform 

MISSIONS COMPLETED

  • Creating  complete and  shared view of the sales   cycle   
  • Creation of customized reports allowing them  to track the number of interventions per doctor by  type of activity and by therapy, the volume of  pending prescriptions, and finally the revenue  generated.
  • Implementation   of an   Office  connector to allow sales representatives to   manage  their calendar across  multiple  platforms and record  their  expenses  and   visit  reports
