Since January 2013, the Cassous Group has centralized the management of its entire construction business with Salesforce. The implemented ERP system manages all its business processes: responding to calls for tenders and preparing quotes; managing customer orders, purchases, and project budgets; preparing and monitoring projects; and managing and tracking invoicing.
Used by all its affiliated companies, the tool supports the Cassous Group’s development and diversification strategy. It is accessible to the 50% of employees who work on construction sites.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
- Digitizing sales processes to gain agility and competitiveness
- Standardize and secure business processes around a single ERP system
- Increase productivity in responding to tenders and preparing quotes
- Better preparation of construction sites and better control of budgets
- Sharing business opportunities between subsidiaries
- Automating invoicing and its tracking to optimize cash flow
- To be autonomous in developing the tool (internal skills center)
MISSIONS COMPLETED
- Sales: optimizing the sales process, from opportunity identification to order placement, including managing responses to tenders and quotes
- Billing: automatic invoicing according to contractual terms (public/private contracts), payment tracking and automated customer reminders
- Preparation and monitoring of construction sites: planning of construction sites and site budgets, reporting and monitoring of site expenses (personnel, equipment, supplies)
- Customer portal: deployment of a portal to allow customers to order and track interventions
- Purchasing management: supplier database, order and delivery management
