With a significant renewable energy production capacity and a focus on reaching customers committed to sustainable energy management, the group has prospects for sustained long-term growth.

The group relies on Salesforce to automate the distribution of its energy offers to professionals, in order to develop its portfolio of customers and partners.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

  • Supporting the transformation and development of the Primeo Energie group
  • Strengthening individual and collective operational effectiveness
  • Enrich and develop the portal for business introducers and the client area
  • Improve and streamline the Salesforce platform with a unified CRM optimized for Primeo Energie subsidiaries, Primeo Energie Grands Comptes and Primeo Energie Solution

MISSIONS COMPLETED

  • IT optimization  : improving the model and data quality, optimizing business management so that salaried brokers can efficiently manage their business and that of their partners (their pricing simulation tool is interfaced with Salesforce).
  • IT rationalization  : merging different CRMs, cleaning up and migrating to Salesforce Lightning, setting up flows with the back office.
  • Broker portal  : possibility for partner brokers to simulate services, enter cases and monitor their activity via a dedicated portal.
  • Professional customer area  : thanks to Community Cloud, tracking of files (consumption statements, contracts, invoices, etc.) and possibility of communicating directly with advisors.
