Cloudity, an IT consulting and services company and Salesforce integrator, helped Groupe Noyon deploy a 360° view of its activities with Salesforce.
Groupe Noyon specializes in transportation, warehousing, moving, and international business since 1835, It now has 337 employees in several branches located in several cities in the northwest quarter of France.
"Our change of CRM was the starting point for the project with Cloudity. Our editor was no longer the solution. After several inquiries, I selected Salesforce, which was the tool best suited to our needs. The Salesforce sales team recommended Cloudity because, in addition to being experts in our industry, they had the technical skills we were looking for," Jean-Christophe Favier, IT Director at Groupe Noyon explains.
How Cloudity customized the Salesforce tool for employees
In order to best organize the activities and align the project’s progress with Noyon’s priorities, the implementation was broken down into two parts: the first part consisted in setting up the CRM and the first KPIs, and the second part consisted in the development of data integration flows from the business tools, and finally the Tableau by Salesforce solution, to give the sales teams a 360° view of the Group’s activities.
Key users were put at the heart of a shared design process during workshops, thus allowing us to design a tool that is close to their daily lives and to prepare the teams for the new use cases.
"Employees had no trouble adopting this tool because it was created using the same type of operation and the same filling logic as the old one. It was very smooth", continues Jean-Christophe Favier.
Thanks to the gathering of different customer information (marketing, lead generation, sales, etc.) and the implementation of Tableau, users were able to understand the data collected and obtain real-time recommendations on the next steps to take.
This solution now enables teams to easily share their results in an understandable way.
The collaboration between the Groupe Noyon and Cloudity’s project team has been a real success, both technologically and humanly. Noyon has not hesitated to continue its collaboration with the run phase-dedicated Cloudity “Managed Services” team to handle evolutions and post-go live incidents.
"For the past 10 months, the CLOUDITY teams have been supporting us with additional evolutions or issue resolutions, always with great responsiveness. We are, in all aspects, very satisfied with the exchanges and this collaboration which continues in the same spirit as during the project."
Today, work is underway to redesign several screens, objects, tables and monitoring reports that.
"As of this year we are moving towards a more advanced use of the Salesforce Tableau product, which offers possibilities that are still under-exploited. At the same time, we are also starting a second phase of design on the CRM front to continue developing the Salesforce solution. "
Today, 40 employees use the solution daily.
