It’s a simple, secure way to build bridges between your company’s structuring tools and avoid data silos.

For example,

• Link your ERP, which manages your inventory, with your website, which sells your products to Julie (a customer),
• Link your website with your CRM (if it’s Salesforce, you’ve made a very good choice) that manages your customer relationships and helps you better understand Julie.
• Linking your store and your website, both of which sell your products to Julie (definitely a good customer ).
