Paris La Défense Arena is an iconic stadium located in Nanterre, in the Paris region, renowned for its capacity of over 40,000 seats. To improve the management of events, event proposals, and VIP invitations, the venue partnered with Cloudity to implement a customized Salesforce solution.

MISSIONS COMPLETED

Event management, hospitality and VIP invitations

Internal event management:
- Room booking schedule, according to event type and status (available, reserved, first option, announced…)
- Room occupancy planning with capacity limits and alerts
Event suggestions:
- Automatic creation of PDF quotes with products added in real time (boxes, lounges, subscriptions)
- Optional extras can be added (cleaning, security, catering, flowers, lecterns, etc.)
Guest privacy:
- VIP contacts are locked (accessible to very few users) and invitations have a validation process (with a visual seating screen in the stands).
