Challenges

Many of Palturai’s customers use Salesforce. The need for a managed package connecting the two solutions appeared on the clients’ side, as they:

  • wanted to access all the data from the BusinessGraph upon viewing a given Account in their Salesforce CRM
  • needed to combine the functionalities of the BusinessGraph and Salesforce in one place to reduce the time spent on switching between the two systems.

Project scope

  • Salesforce package creation
  • Integration of the package with Palturai API
  • Linking Salesforce records with Palturai data
  • Enabling the drawing of Account & Contact relationships graphs directly in Salesforce
  • Allowing the user to determine the shortest network-based path to a given company thanks to Palturai data.
