Salesforce integration: Hardis Group acquires Cloudity and expands its positions in Europe

Grenoble, Warsaw, November 15, 2022 – Hardis Group, an IT consulting and services company and Salesforce and Workplace from Meta integrator, acquires Cloudity, a company specialized in digital transformation and integrator of Salesforce solutions, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, with offices in Berlin, Germany and Stockholm, Sweden.

Since its creation in 2014, Cloudity has supported more than 400 companies in 26 countries in their digital transformation projects using Salesforce solutions (CRM, Tableau, Mulesoft or Slack). The company is targeting sales of over €10 million in 2022, growing by over 50% compared to 2021, and has 200 employees based in Poland, Germany and Sweden.

Hardis Group has positioned itself in the Salesforce solutions integration market since 2017. This activity has grown strongly since its creation, both organically and through external growth. A few months after integrating Carrenet, this new acquisition is accompanied by the creation of a structure dedicated to Salesforce solutions integration. Operating under the Cloudity brand, this new entity now brings together 350 Salesforce specialists. It is headed by Karim Ogbi, who has been in charge of Hardis Group’s Salesforce and Digital Workplace business unit since 2018.

“With this new acquisition and the creation of this entity, we become a major Salesforce integrator on a European scale. We will exceed 28 million in sales for this activity this year, and are aiming for 30% growth by 2023”, explains Nicolas Odet, President of Hardis Group and Cloudity.
